◎ Where is Taichung?

Taichung is a special municipality located in central Taiwan, and it is the second most populous city in the country, with over 2.8 million residents. The city is known for its comfortable subtropical climate, with an annual average temperature of approximately 23°C (73.4°F), making it an ideal place to live and visit year-round.

Taiwan is easily accessible from Guam, with flight times averaging around 3.5 to 4 hours.

◎ Taiwan China Medical University Hospital:A Most Convenient Location

China Medical University Hospital (CMUH) is located in Taichung’s North District—a vibrant and central area surrounded by restaurants, shopping centers, parks, hotels, and public transportation, all just steps away.

The hospital is only a 15-minute drive from Taichung Railway Station and Taichung Park, making it easily accessible for international travelers. Convenient hotel options in the neighborhood, many of which are close to the train station, also make it simple to explore the rest of Taiwan.

Around CMUH, visitors will find a diverse range of dining options, from international fast-food chains to authentic Taiwanese cuisine, catering to all tastes.
