Core Training Category
1.Organization Requirement:
(1)Pre-Job Training: Basic training course, total quality management and patient safety course, infection control course, medication safety course, cooperation with government laws and regulations, and evaluation standard course.
(2)On-the-job training:Total quality management education and training, hospital general education course, clinical skills or emergency training (ACLS, BLS, and OSCE), empirical medicine (EBM) training, fireproof education training (including firefighting drills), department office professional education training, contracting personnel training.
(3)Medical education:professional medical training, medical new knowledge speech, outpatient instruction, residence instruction, emergency instruction, resident doctor training (PGY, western medicine, Chinese medicine, dentistry), medical intern training (western medicine, Chinese medicine, dentistry)…etc.
2.Hierarchical Training:
(1)Supervisor Training:Supervisor Consensus Camp, Fundamental Supervisor Training, administrative occupational training.
(2)Professional Advancement:Chief resident training, professional advancement training in the training, nursing, medical affairs and techniques for attending physician in the first year of new promotion.
3.Professional Growth:
(1)Faculty Training:Clinical faculty training (including internal training, external training), flipped classroom curriculum promotion and faculty training, interdisciplinary care team cooperation and training, internal instructor training.
(2)Project training:foreign language proficiency improvement training, advanced study in Taiwan (degree, clinical technology, research), overseas advanced study (degree, clinical technology, research), professional training in government policy and laws, seminar, workshop, featured speech, volunteer training…etc.
4.Self-Enlightenment:
(1)Internal Learning:Voluntary study of KM and SOP via CMUH internet, use of library, e-library self-growth, internal study group, experience sharing after training.
(2)External learning:Participate in training course through self-paid/on-leave, voluntary utilization of off-CMUH e-learning to learn new knowledge, external study group, experience sharing after training, other self-enlightenment, voluntary learning…etc.
