Gamma knife Center

To ensure the continuity of treatment of tumor patients and to assure the condition of patients for drawing up the treatment plan, radiological treatment equipment has been introduced to provide treatment on tumor focus and perform functional neurological surgery. The gamma knife has excellent effects on tumor in nose or higher position for its low damage and high accuracy on the patient. As a result, the focus remains intact. Therefore, it can be applied to risky brain surgeries.

Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Center

PET is a non-intrusive nuclear medical inspection using radioisotope and tracer to locate tumor by means of computer processing to facilitate clinical diagnosis. By providing metabolic functional tomography, PET concurrently detects the focus in functionally abnormal cells and organs to help locate tumor at early stages. Attaching to offering patient-focus and better quality medical services, we provide patients related clinical treatment and surgery and the most effective and integrated diagnosis of cancers, brain and heart disorders with the best medical team.

Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT)

To provide better treatment for cancer patients, the Department of Tumor Treatment has developed the IMRT and Dynamic IMRT. By regulating the distribution of radiation doses according to the shape and location of adjacent tissues of the tumor, IMRT maximizes tumor dose while also protecting adjacent normal tissues. In this way, it can effectively save normal tissues from being damaged and ensure the safety of radiation delivery and thus assuring the safety of patients receiving a second program after the recurrence.
