Hospital
going electronic Patient-focus Care Information Integration
System
The Integrated Hospital Management Information System has
been completed, laying down a solid foundation for
patient-focus OPD, ER and hospitalization medical
operations, and management-cored personnel, property and
financial administration. We have been promoting the
hospital digitization program over the last three years, and
apparent achievements have been seen in the improvement of
patient-focus medical processes, IT applications and
electronic medical record management and promotion. (1)Hospitalization
and doctor/nursing advice integration. (2)Picture
Archiving and Communication System. (3)Examination
Quality Management System. (4)Disease Case Management

Trauma Center While
the number of critical cases keeps increasing, we have
founded the Trauma and Emergency Center and the Burn Center,
hoping to construct the best medical center for surgery,
emergency and trauma in central Taiwan to provide tertiary
care for patients in critical and coma conditions, including
resuscitation, reconstruction and rehabilitation (3R).
Chinese
and Western Cooperative Medicine We have
introduced the first Chinese-Western Cooperative OPD in
Taiwan to provide full-range, multifaceted medical services
to patients. In consultation, in addition to the four ways
of diagnosis "look, listen, question and feel the pulse" in
Chinese Medicine, advanced medical instruments have been
applied to help assure the results of diagnosis. In
treatment, in addition to acupuncture, naprapathy or
concentration, medicine material crude slices, ointment,
pills and powders, treatment methods in Western Medicine
have been added to ensure that disorders are diagnosed
accurately with approaches in Western Medicine and cured
moderately with approaches in Chinese Medicine.
